A man is always expected to be ready to please his partner in bed. Society demands men to be aggressive and macho at all times and failure to last long often leads to psychological and mental troubles. This may sound unfair but that is how our society portrays men. This issue has been hyped to such an extent that men are expected to last unrealistic amounts of time in bed.

As long as you keep the following points in mind, you will find yourself in a position to last longer in bed without doing anything reckless or dangerous. If various remedies available on and off the internet are to be believed, this problem can be solved in a span ranging from a few hours to a few months depending on the remedy you choose.

If you want to last longer, you have to keep certain basic points in mind. Like all other functions of the body, sex too is dependent on your fitness and stamina. Nine out of ten persons who resort to ridiculous remedies simply suffer from the problem of poor health and fitness. Can you think if running a marathon with a bad heart or malfunctioning lungs? Libido often comes down after undergoing a major surgery.

It is important to find out whether you are facing problems in bed because of medical, psychological or general fitness problems. If you are facing lot of stress at work, that might be a factor. If you are having medical problems or if you are not stable in your mind, you may have performance issues.

Psychological issues or stress at work may affect performance and simply consuming pills is not going to solve anything. You may be having a fitness problem and this may be stopping you from enjoying healthy relation with your partner. Do not try to focus on muscles or other such visible developments and make sure your focus remains on overall general fitness. Even a fight with your partner can create mental issues and can affect performance.

That is why experts advise not to take your fights to the bed. Understand all factors, internal as well as external before you start worrying about your performance.

If it is simply something external, you stand to benefit by simply removing the cause of the problem. Your organ, like other parts of the body, is made of flesh, tissue and muscle. As long as you do not overwork and as long as you give equal importance to these exercises and overall fitness, you should not face any problems whatsoever. However, simply focusing on the sexual aspect is not going to work. The latter approach is only going to have a negative effect on your health.
